Some characteristics are more imponant in one function than in another. The characteristics are related to the function content. There are four options for each characteristic to evaluate the performance in the past year or period. For the assessment, the immediate superior must start from the job description and the working agreements made with the employee:

Inadequate: the employee has not fulfilled the job content and requirements

Enough: the employee has complied with the content and requirements

Ample: the employee has performed more than the content and the requirements

Good : the employee performed exceptionally well, would be eligible can come for promotion.
In an assessment interview, it is important to make it clear to the assessor what opinion the assessor has about the employee's performance.
Strengths and weaknesses should be discussed, taking into account circumstances and any issues that may be involved. The employee will be given the opportunity to express his opinion on the assessment and fill it in on the back of the form. The immediate superior can take this opinion into account. The assessment form must be initialed by both parties, the assessor and the assessor.
